Products & composition
What ingredients do you use?
We use exclusively premium ingredients, rigorously selected for their taste quality and traceability. Our fruits are chosen for their origin and typicality, favoring local Corsican productions, recognized varieties (such as the IGP Corsican clementine) and, whenever possible, pesticide-free raw materials. We also work with exceptional products such as Rapaggio chestnut honey or AOP chili, to guarantee authentic and intense flavors. Each ingredient is selected to enhance the fruit and preserve the natural balance of aromas, without artifice, respecting taste and terroir.
Do your products contain allergens?
- Our chestnut fruit jelly contains chestnuts (tree nuts). This item is included in the Corsican checkerboard assortment.
- Our Black Forest fruit jellies and our "Coated" range contain dark chocolate which may contain traces of soy and lactose.
Do the products contain gelatin / alcohol?
No animal-derived gelling agents / Our Black Forest cake contains rum (however, due to the alcohol percentage, baking temperatures, and baking time, the alcohol in the product has evaporated).
What is the difference between fruit jellies and fruit pastes?
The difference between our fruit jellies and fruit pâtes de fruits isn't in the recipe, but in the finish.
Our pâtes de fruits are cooked in a copper pot, then cut with a guitar cutter. After cutting, each piece is delicately hand-coated in sugar. This step creates a fine crystallized film on the surface, a slightly firmer texture on the outside, and a gourmet sensation typical of traditional pâtes de fruits.
Our fruit jellies follow the same artisan cooking principle and the same quality requirements. The difference is that after cutting, they are not sugared. They are directly packaged. Their texture is therefore smoother, softer on the surface, with a more melt-in-your-mouth feel and a slightly less sweet taste.
In summary:
Pâtes de fruits are hand-sugared after cutting, which gives them their traditional crystallized finish.
Fruit jellies are not coated in sugar, which gives them a softer texture and a more delicate taste.
How to choose an assortment / a box?
To choose an assortment is to choose an emotion, a memory, an atmosphere. Our fruit jellies are a faithful reflection of the fruits we knew as children: generous, juicy, intensely fragrant, picked at perfect ripeness. We select quality fruits, carefully chosen for their aromatic richness and authenticity, to rediscover that true, frank, and natural taste that evokes childhood snacks.
The Classic box seduces with its bright, round, and universal flavors. Velvety Bergeron apricot, delicately sweet Mara des bois strawberry, melting Williams pear, or lively and balanced Adour PGI kiwi… It is a gourmet, reassuring, timeless assortment, celebrating the great fruity classics with elegance and generosity.
The Corsican box, meanwhile, offers a more distinct and sunny experience. Brilliant Corsican PGI clementine, deep and jammy purple fig, chestnut with warm and enveloping notes… This assortment is authentic, warm, almost Mediterranean. It tells the story of a terroir, a land of character, and invites you on a sensory journey.
Whether you choose the familiar sweetness of the Classic or the asserted intensity of the Corsican, each box is designed to revive these tender childhood pleasures, with a touch of demanding craftsmanship and refinement.

What happens during hot weather (summer)?
In the middle of summer, our fruit jellies simply need to be protected from excessive heat and humidity.
Store them in a cool, dry place away from light, ideally between 15°C and 20°C. A temperate room, a pantry, or a cupboard away from heat sources are perfectly suitable. Avoid leaving them in a car or near a sunny window, as heat can alter their texture and slightly melt the sugar on the surface.
In case of high temperatures, you can place them in the refrigerator, in their tightly sealed packaging. However, take them out 15 to 20 minutes before tasting so that they regain their full softness and their aromas can fully express themselves.
